this is the company i have heating my van
very efficient...
it lives under the van floor ... cargo door area
the plenum comes up under  the seat box and vents into cargo/living space
above the plenum is a wood box and on that sits the constavolt
the next one i get (this one is factory installed by westfalia) will be
better and designed for colder applications

works for you
to be frank a large marine stove that requires lots of combustion air and an
exhaust vent is less than practicle
indeed it might even be worth while for a gas powered can to install a small
diesel tank for one of these heaters
