For those who are interested in replaced lenses for their Projektzwo fog
lights:

I checked with one of my suppliers in Germany who deals with Projektzwo.  He
called both Projektzwo and Hella about replacements and was pretty much told
that he's out of luck.  Apparently, the lens is unique to the Projektzwo
housing and Hella would consider doing a run of replacements if the order
was large enough.  But there are two problems: 1) large for Hella is really
large; and, 2) Projektzwo owns the rights to the lens and any order would
have to go through them.
