Christchurch (New Zealand) has a bylaw stating toat NO cars are allowed to be parked on the streets at any time. asinine or what? This may be a law from back in the earliet days of cars and which has never been repealed. Obviously it is not enforced, and very few people know it exists... probably even the cops.
