Definitely ride a bike. I had the chance to play with a Segway over Thanksgiving weekend at my brother's. I was psyched to get the chance to mess around with it all weekend. But, after about 15 minutes on the thing it got kind of boring. It's just another motorized device to putt around on. Takes 10 times the concentration that a bike does, and isn't as controllable. Really feel like a dork when you wipe out, too. He did have a nice hitch mounted carrier for it though, if you are serious about hauling one on your Westy.
