I gotta believe that the average Oakland cop is just trying to get
through an average day without getting shot so this ban will be
mostly un-enforced. SF cops are pretty much the same way---they look
the other way on most of this kind of nonsense.

The biggest danger when a law like this is passed is a bonehead
neighbor who wants to make trouble for you.

Do you happen to know what exactly qualifies as an RV in this
particular bit o' nonsense?
