...And I hate being cynical, but it's really getting to be a joke, how many
laws there are and what extreme restrictions there are. And I do appreciate
that you can't smoke in restaurants and bars anymore, that you can't
panhandle within 50 feet of an ATM, you can't be aggressive in panhandling
etc.  But it is getting ridiculous...
