Hi Alfred, There's a Michelin Agilis M+S (Mud & Snow) available in 185R14; I am running them on my bus. A good tire, but it's not cheap. IIRC Frank Condelli bought them at Costco for under $600/set. Continental also has a winter tire in the 185R14 size; I think it's the vanco winter.
