Usually not a State problem but local cities and towns or even restrictive covenants within a building development. And it's actually a very common restriction along with the No RVs On Residential Streets. I'd expect the restrictions to vary greatly from town to town and within certain parts or neighborhoods in towns. And the enforcement will probably vary even more from strict enforcement to enforcement only if there is a complaint or if the cop is looking to roust someone.
