I would imagine that each car is different, but my Vanagon only generates 40psi so the return issue isn't much of a problem. The higher pressure Audi lines to the injectors need the steel braided lines to deal with the pressure, but I think the return lines use regular hose clamps, so that would answer my concerns. I could be way off though.
