Whether Mexicans can own diesel cars or not -
I have a friend who spends months in Lareto, Baja California, for work each
winter.
He drives a big diesel ford truck down there.
And he's owned a diesel vanagon.
And he says the Mexicans have no interest in biodiesel or veggie, they just
use pump fuel.
And, he would know too I'd think.......been there lots and lots, speaks
fluidly etc...
I would think he would have mentioned in the discussion if they weren't
allowed to own private diesel cars.
If anyone else knows, it would be good to hear.

This discussion about Mexican fuel had me reminiscing of the early
eighties , when i was tooling around those parts in a 63 bus and diesel
went for 12 cents (us dol) a gallon. If I remember right Nova was 37
cents/gal and Extra 47 cents. Boy those days are gone for good ...but
then so is my 63 bus !!!
