the On-spot company is the company that does them for our district... and
for major trucking companies... (i am a school bus driver and they are
GREAT) but i do know that they will not make them for personal cars... trust
me when they came to talk to us about it that was the topic EVERY one wanted
to talk about ...they are nice for my bus though! : )
