Last year at this time when I tried to find Hakka 185R14 CS here in the Seattle area there were none to be found in NAm I tried three diferent sources. It was explained to me that there was one big shipment a year, in the Spring, to the US and Canada and when they were gone they were gone until the next Spring. So when I went looking again in July of this year I had no trouble finding them and got competing quotes from two sources. Phil Zimmerman had the same problem early last Spring finding Nokian tires in 16" in Canada.
