Fluke meters are the best and have been for years (I own have 6 different
models, some were my fathers).

Few know how to make use all the abilities. They can last your life time
(leaky batteries #1 killer), if taken care of. They have many adapters that
allow for expanded uses of these meters to measure temperature, detect
gases, Ohms (expanded range), and much more.

Most will never use all they can do and just get "tossed" around in a
toolbox where they will not last long.
