Many battery stores will do a full "free" diagnostic on a battery. This may be a good first step, to make sure that you don't have other problems with your electrical system.

If this is really a faulty battery, then that's the problem. I think 12.3 volts is too low, though, regardless of what the LED's are saying.

Is it true that having two different batteries in the aux and main positions can "take out" one or the other? I seem to recall a thread about that.

Curious that the aux battery, which I had trouble with before, is now fine.
