RE: White LED lighting "I feel your pain" comes to mind as a response. I've had the same reaction to the LED lighting I'm using in my Westy, glaring blue/white light, sure wish it were down the spectrum a 1000 Kelvin or so. I'm not aware on any now that are any better but I've not been looking that hard. I vaugely recall comments on one LED vendors site about 'softer white' light but didn't pay that much attention at the time. I'm sure that the makers of LEDs are working the problem and we will see a better solution along the line but I'm not aware of anything right now. Now, I hope someone jumps in and says that I'm full of it and points to a source of LEDs at about 5700 K. |
