Prices might come down with the house price thing. There's 5 aces just outside of Ashland OR here, they're asking $ 375K. Crazy

No thanks. I'll stay in MD before I'd ever consider any of those states. Heck, I'd even do WV/VA/NC first. BTW, there IS property in my price range in the PNW, just gotta look hard.
