HAProjekt already sell a kit to out an Audi Tiptronic transmission (2wd) with gears to make it turn the other way. Basically, installing engine and trans together in a T3 body. Price is main obstacle for me. I believe Raymund Feussner in Germany has done this. He recently sold his Tip-equipped Transporter on German Ebay.
