I have a set of spare injectors pulled from an 1.9 WXBer. I just did a measure of the resistance between the two leads of one injector. I got a value of 15 ohms. If you use a x1k range of an analog VOM meter to measure it you would likely to see a zero (actually almost zero) reading on your meter. You should use x1 range to measure it.

In my opinion it's very unlikely all 4 injectors are defective or clogged at the same time. As long as there is one not defective nor clogged your engine will give a kick in some way. In my opinion you have other problems, perhaps an ECU problem. AFM or ignition are among other possibilities. I did not follow all older posts of this thread. These may have all been discussed.

Inside the ECU there is a solid state switch (a bipolar transistor or a MOSFET) that controls all 4 injectors. If the switch is turned on all 4 injectors will spray fuel at the same time if proper fuel pressure exists. If the solid state switch is defective the injectors will not spray any fuel. I don't think you can use a test light thing to check the switch. Do not short the leads of any injector. It can cause the solid state switch to burn out. Last time I opened my ECU box I saw 3 power transistors (or MOSFETs) on a same heat sink. One of them is the switch. I got the impression that it is a FET (or MOSFET). I checked all three with my Triplett VOM meter and could not determine one out of the three what it was. My Triplett usually can determine if a bipolar transistor is good or not. But it would be not obvious on FETs.

Your fuel filter was probably clogged over a long period of time. The low fuel situation made it worse. Now that it is replaced it should be fine.
