Subject: Rear heater issues (84)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

I have an 84 Vanagon on which the rear heater valve just failed. I am pondering repairing or just eliminating the rear heater. If I eliminate it what is the best method? Loop the two lines together or just block them off? If I block them off, whats the best method? Can I use regular heater hose from FLAPS for this heater or do I need to order the VW replacements? Any other rear heater wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks, Ed Maikranz Abilene, TX 84 Wolfsburg 73 Riviera
