Just happened to merge onto the southbound US 101 Ventura Freeway at the Calif SR 33 interchange at 3:15 in the afternoon on Saturday and was presented with 4 Syncro Westies and a 2wd 86-later Westy bringing up the rear, all with GoWesty License Frames. All were loaded to the hilt with kayaks on top racking on the Poptops and and an average 3 gerry cans on rear hatch brackets. Wish I'd had a camera. Looked real cool heading south on the "101". I'm assuming they were headed to Baja for the week. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com ***********************************
