Hi Paul, I use Kroil, from Kano Labs in Tennessee (http://www.kanolabs.com/). The stuff in the spray can is called Aerokroil, the liquid sold in cans is called Kroil. They also make a product called Penephite, which I use a lot, it's Kroil with suspended graphite (sort of like Lock-Eze). Also use PB Blaster. I'm still not sure which is better, but they're both really good. I happen to really like the smell of Kroil - - guess it's some sort of petrochemical addiction! :o) Gary
