I concur. I/we get so caught up in what we do in and to our Vanagons that we forget the ceremonial stuff: Happy New Year, everyone. In 2007, I spent two days more than a month in my westy. I know that's nothing to you full timers, but mine was in my line of work (books about the outdoors) and so it was a perfect vehicle for kayaking around my state. I loved every minute of it, the last minute of which was the thursday before Christmas. I can't wait to get started again in 2008. Thanks to the list(s) that make it all possible.
