Good advice, Tim.

When I lived in Hawaii, though, I couldn't go by those clearance "Tell-tales". They must have used a pole to check clearances and not a long vehicle. The way the ramps were in many parking garages, you could easily get into trouble going between levels even though their signs indicated you'd be OK.

This has saved my roof vent a couple of times when getting into parking garages - just go slow and watch the antenna tip when you get to the clearance sign hanging in the opening of most garages. > > Good luck and happy new year. > > > > TJ Hannink > Goldibox - 1987 Vanagon Camper, Wolfsburg Edition > 1981 Bluebird Wanderlodge, FC-33SB > Des Allemands, Louisiana > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wolfsburg_campers > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FC_wanderlodge > > --------------------------------- > Never miss a thing.
