RE: Quality of Insurance Service I've followed several threads regarding list members experience with various insurance companies. And I have to wonder if the experience depends a lot on the specific individual you are dealing with or maybe to local office or local management. You can find almost as many people happy with the way they were treated by a specific insurance company as the number ready to say that insurance company is okay. A specific example is the post before this, someone that had troubles with Progressive where my experience, four claims including a totaled '85 Westy (and my fault) with Progressive has been good to outstanding. But all my experience with Progressive left me with the impression that it was the individual adjusters I was dealing with that made the difference. And I'm also aware that the laws regarding auto insurance very dramatically from State to State and I have to wonder how much that contributes to the problem.
