I once spent 24 hours sleepless to troubleshoot a down DEC PDP-10 system in a computer center. I was so tired and sleepy at 9:00 am in the morning so I decided to call for back up. My boss sent a back up rushed to the site to help me. He spotted a warning light on the system within one minute after his arrival. Within 10 minutes he nailed the defect. It made me feel like a fool. The warning light was on a cabinet in a corner that I never bothered to check.
