One starter kit will be enough paint and prep to do your seams.

I just read a comparison review on the Eastman site (Thanks Tom S for that link). It concludes that their Rust Encapsulator is less likely to allow rust to creep under the treated metal than Por15 which had this problem.. Worth a read.

Rust will creep back into the seams from inside the van so you really need to remove the interior panels and attack the rust there too.
