Connecticut Ave? If it was Burgundy, it could have been Derek Drew. Tom Forham's up in Takoma Park with his Westy Syncro (I forget the color, silver maybe). Karl Mullendore is Maryland north of Harper's Ferry (blue-gray) So there are a few of us with Westy Syncros in the DC area (I'm in Tyson's Corner area, mine's Burgundy as well).
