I spent three weeks with my folks in Santa Rosa, CA, 50 miles north of San Francisco. I saw dozens and dozens of vanagons - two of them on their dead end street... I even saw two lower legs sticking out from under one by the side of the road. If I hadn't been taking my dad to radiation therapy, I'd've stopped and offered a hand...
