thats a '85 non-GL. no PS, no tach.    black vinyl interiors were rare
though..most were brown vinyl..   i think this is the newest US model passenger
vanagon ive seen with a black vinyl interior..(barring the transporters and the
black velour interior which was a rare option for 85-86 GL)
