Subject: Wanted in LA area: complete Syncro front-end

I've thought of another option for updating my 84's suspension so that my brake kit can fit.

A Syncro front-end with subframe can be fitted to a RWD van. Stock RWD front springs should fit (?), likewise the Konis I bought for it (?). I don't know about the steering... will the RWD rack etc fit, or are Syncro steering bits also needed? Of course mine's RHD, so a US rack wouldn't work without a lot of jiggering. Anyway, this would leave open the option for doing a 4WD Porsche trans/frnot-diff conversion at some nebulous but distant later date (pouring bad money in after bad??).

The unit would have to be delivered to a container terminal in LA. The shipper would deal with ALL paperwork, so there would be nothing for the sender to do but have it delivered to the depot.

So can anyone deliver? Price?

I'm getting all fired-up about getting this 8-year-standing project done!
