Oh definitely. The last time someone said that to me, I poured antifreeze into their oil fill hole and said I thought it was their coolant reservoir, then told them it looked like their vanagon had shrunk a bit (and gotten a bit rounder) and suggested driving it into a lake might help it expand back to its original size. [end sarcasm]

Honestly, though, I think the answer is no.
