The licence plate on the front of mine says "Its Not a Car, Its a VW Bus!". I think that sums it up pretty well. All transporters are busses and when you really break it down, it is what you make it. I call mine "bus", "vanagon", and "Engelburt", but in the end who really cares? The VW Pecking order thing......does anyone REALLY think they have to be aknowledged by a higher powered "Bus" before their allowed to wave!?!? http://www.kabeleins.de/auto/tuning/vw_bus/12171/ If you haven't seen that yet, your missing out on one of the greatest videos i've ever stumbled upon online. Its a german show....from the father land (of BUSSES), that is called "Bulli Extreme", where they rebuild a syncro.....which they regularly refer to as a "Bus". Even the Web URL ends with "Vw_Bus". Yes its a T3, but T is for Transporter......Thats good enough for me!

-Craig '85GL PS: Vanagons with "Transporter" Badges tend to be faster and more powerful 10 fold. If you dont have one yet, get one. Guaranteed to make it up hills!
