Cheap ? What do you define as 'cheap' ? I believe the base but very complete kit is $ 7K for a non-turbo engine set up. From what I've gathered ,the labor to install it is pretty easy. Scott

Isn't that what the bostig guys are up to? I know they use the Ford Zetec engine, but i'm not sure what engine is packed into the 2000 ford focus. If its a Zetec, Bostig's where its at! I think they have put together a wonderful conversion that addresses all the problems often associated with the various conversions. Furthermore, they have the coolest logo of all the various big conversion companies. This alone, is good reason to go "Bostig, Engine Voodoo". They have built a cheap, easily accessible to parts, simple (mechanically), yet modern, and easily expandable engine conversion. All conversions have problems, its inherent in the idea of putting something foreign into an otherwise well designed vehicle, but they can all be made work.

If you've got the engine....my vote's go for it. The people to talk to are the bostig guys, they will hook you up with a great conversion, they're truly masters of their trade.
