I'm sure it does sound a lot better. I actually have some really nice sounding stock size speakers in the front - I can't rmember the brand right off hand.

I'm not really looking to cut anything right now - I probably will eventually though. In my '85 GL I had some sweet sounding 6x9's mounted in the kickboard under the rear seat. Then when I got the '86 I thought I'd do the same - problem was I didn't think ahead - the '86 had a fold down bed and there is a bar to the bed running under there - I cut the holes in the board before I realized it wouldn't work - Doh!!!!!!
