Well, I reckon that's got to do with the nature of the conversion. People that pour blood, sweat, and hours into installing a conversion on their own (e.g. finding a '92 Legacy, pulling two engines and installing one, fixing the wiring, plumbing the coolant lines, etc) are the ones you're going to hear from when they get it running. Those that buy turnkey conversions like the Zetec... well... they're in and running in 2 or 3 days and that's it. Often the install was done by someone else. It's just a different kind of person.
