Yup, I'll second that for sure, Redline MT-90 is great. I changed mine out about a month ago and it made a huge difference. I'm not sure if it makes as big a difference in warmer climates, but for us cold folks, IMO, it is well worth it. It is possible, though, that my PO had some pretty low-end gear oil in there, FWIW.

BTW, when I tried to buy it at the FLAPS I use, they insisted I put it back on the shelf and get something different. According to them, "MT-90 was only for Chevys..."  I guess I must have one of those rare vanagons with a Chevy tranny... ;)
