Yes  there are jerks of all types but I’ll bet one of those “drool-choked hillbilly fresh off of his sister” might just stop and give you a hand if you were broken down by the side of the road. Not all of those “hillbillies” are part of the cast of “Deliverance.”
If you take the attitude that most people are generally good, your life will be more enjoyable. ;~)
