ETKA calls it a helper spring, part # 251 411 123E. This is the the part below where the top of the shock goes through the control arm. The sleeve below it is called a protective pipe, part #113 412 305. I would recommend getting new 'damping rings', the rubber ring above the control arm, part # 701 513 121. Using the new ones supplied with aftermarket shocks like KYB will result in knocking noises, as they are the wrong size and composition.
