anyhow) the answer is Dana Corp, which designed and manufactures both
frames.

That's the answer I kinda expected, figured it was a loaded question.  Now
this question:  Which is better, a stiff frame that holds till it breaks or
a flexible setup that can 'roll with the punches'?
