Wouldn't work for me... for one thing, when I have the engine out of the van I tend to look at it as I would any other engine. Actually when it's in the van I look at it that way. On the other hand if you said 'the left head' I would think of the one on the driver's side, in or out of the vehicle... helpful, eh?
