Your right Ken, I do have 2.1 heads. But all I did was put the new Victor Reinz gasket (that can with the engine kit) to the head and noticed that the gasket openings were a little smaller than head intake ports. Then I placed the gasket on the intake manifold and I could see that the intake manifold ports were smaller than the gasket openings. The intake manifolds are from a 1.9 (I have two pairs and they were both the same)

I will place the gaskets on my 1.9 heads tonight to see if there is any big difference in the port size.

Pascal

Pascal, That's interesting because I recall all those ports being pretty well matched the last time I was putting an engine together. Could you have the heads off a 2.1L maybe? Ken Lewis http://neksiwel.20m.com/
