mmmm.........i'm looking at some heads I took off a 1.9, and the relief, or pocket, for the intake valves goes right up to where the sealing metal ring would be. 025 103 375 on those. Looked at four 2.1 heads ..........relief or pocket for intake valve looks the same to me. 025 103 375 C on those.

Please explain. ( I have a plan to ultimately put soobie 2.2 heads on anyway ! and engine management system ) Scott www.turbovans.com

The 1.9 and 2.1 heads look the same at a glance and most could not tell the difference unless they had them side by side The best way to distinguish them is to look at the chamber the 1.9 intake valve relief does not extend out to the edge of the cylinder sealing surface
