Subject: tail gate hatch question
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="Windows-1252"

I am curious to find out if anybody's Vanagon tailgate hatch has ever fallen off. Has anyone ever noticed that the hinge pins wear out. Does anybody get a little concern when they install a hatch bike rack with bikes loaded down bearing weight on the pins or busting the glass? Those pins are dinky and does anybody lube them? You know when you are driving down the road... shake, rattle, and fall off?

This has never happen to me. But I wonder!!!
