Well, it's that time of year again to descend "en mass" on Lake Havasu for Buses By The Bridge XII, put on by the London Bridge Bullis Chapter of NEATO. Don't let the "Buses" name fool you. There's usually VERY healthy contingent of Vanagons, a lot of them Westfalias. Something like almost 300 last year, even with the "frigid" conditions of the event. This year promises to be a bit warmer, so a better time is to be had by all who come.

I'll be on my way there early Thursday morning, hopefully not to be blown away by the predicted windy/gusty conditions. If you can make it, come on down to Havasu and have some fun. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com ***********************************
