Anthony,
Its not a VW book that could be ordered through
the dealer. Its being sold through the company
that I contacted. Perhaps the "ripoff" might have
been strong, but what set me off was the
arrogance or lack of flexibility they had in that
UPS was the only way they would ship, and then
the "allocated overhead costs" to be added...give
me a break!!! Not exactly customer friendly, wouldn't you agree.
