I replaced my front brake lines this month. Everything was new from the master cylinder to the calipers. I tried a pressure bleeder but either me or the unit didn't work quite right and I went with the "partner" method of brake bleeding. We'll the brakes work great but I have to double pump the clutch sometimes to get it in first gear or to get another gear. Sometimes, but not always. Is there a chance of air in the clutch cylinder introduced from me running the system so low? or does it (air) work itself out on such a system? or is there a bleeder value for the clutch? Any comments and a point in the right direction would be appreciated. I do not have my Bentley around at the moment. -- Shawn Feller Ohio www.carboncow.com |
