the e-code headlights will use your existing wiring, since u have a 91, you just cut off the 9004 plugs and solder some 3 prong plugs from '85 down vanagons or whatever..so you can use the H4 bulb. and then run a pigtail wire from your parking light wire to power your citi lights..

i put e-code 7' rounds in my doka and i just pigtailed the citi lights off the parking lite wires..

i have blue citi lights in my doka. that way i can look cool when i drive up and down the strip with all the riced out handas..

i really do have blue citi lights in there tho..lol *cringe*
