We have had three Cher*kees that came with donuts. The first time my daughter had a flat she put on the donut. Since she was next to the left side of the Ryan expressway in Chicago she had to pull out rather quickly afterward. The torque apparently pulled the bead loose and the donut went flat immediately. After that I equipped all of our Cher*kees with full size spares from the Pic-N-Pull.
