I've definitely seen the Pzwo lamps before (and have similarly wanted them), but never had them in hand to really see the details. I have every confidence that i can reverse engineer the existing plastic parts, and adapt them to fit the new currently available lamps. No problem. I get a little iffy on the vacuum form tool, having never done that before, but i'm willing to give it a shot.

I have no problem taking the parts on and getting a design complete, although it may take me a while. If everyone can be patient, I can certainly see what i can do to help. We can figure out the next step after the design is complete (and after i talk to a couple people about maybe making the mold).

I have the lamp for the purpose. If all three of you approvee - you, Kim and Daniel - all approve, I will send the lamp along with the grille pieces to Damon. Daniel Stern did some research for me and came up with a good one that has a physical size appropriate for the space that is going to be involved. It is rectangular, and has aiming adjustment screws built in. This is a currently available lamp. At the moment there is no mounting hardware for it, but surely that can be worked out.

Regards,

John
