After the big junk is off........... Simple Green followed by hot spray water, as in from your water heater or at the car wash............ That will take it to perfectly clean, like bare paint or metal.

Hi all I pulled the vanagon motor on my 85 westi for the motor conversion and I decided to clean out the engine bay of all the grime, Dust, Dirt and oil. Im probably going to use simple green or mineral spirits. Not looking to restore to prestine condition. I just want to make it as clean as the new motor install. Well maybe not that clean. Thanks Jonce
